Wellbeing

Wellbeing is not just the absence of illness or distress. It is about feeling balanced, connected, and fulfilled in different parts of life.

It can include aspects of your physical health, mental health, social relationships, values, purpose, and enjoyment.

Everyone’s idea of wellbeing is different. Things can also change depending on where you are at in your life. We work with you to define and support what it means for you.

Signs & Symptoms of Challenges

Signs that your wellbeing might need attention include

  • Feeling unbalanced or off track

  • Experiencing high levels of stress

  • Noticing you feel disconnected to other people

  • Lack of enjoyment or sense of purpose

  • Difficulty maintaining healthy routines

  • Low energy or motivation
