Fees & Rebates

We want accessing care to feel straightforward and transparent. Here you’ll find details about our fees and the different funding options available, including Medicare rebates and private health insurance. If you’re ever unsure, we’re always happy to answer questions and help you understand what might apply to you.

Session Fees

Our fee is $245 per standard clinical psychology session of 50 mins, whether you choose to see us in person or through Telehealth.

As psychology services are GST exempt, there is no additional charge.

If you’d like to discuss rebates through Medicare or private health insurance, we’re always here to help you understand what might be available.

Private Fees & Health Insurance

Many clients choose to pay privately for their sessions. If you have extras cover with your private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment, and we’ll provide an invoice to make claiming simple.

A cancellation policy also applies to all bookings.

Feel free to check with your health fund beforehand, or ask us if you’d like help understanding how it all works.

Mental Health Care Plan

If your GP has prepared a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on psychology sessions.

As an endorsed Clinical Psychologist, the current Medicare rebate for a standard consultation is $149.05. Eligible clients can access rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year under the Better Access initiative.

With your consent, we will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf at the time of payment, so you don't need to submit the claim yourself.

If you're not sure whether you have a current Mental Health Care Plan or how it all works, we're always happy to help.
