About Us
The Eir Practice is a values-driven wellbeing practice and is grounded in care, collaboration, and growth. Our goal is to support people through collaborative psychology and counselling.
Named after Eir the Norse goddess associated with healing, protection, and mercy, the practice reflects a deep commitment to guiding individuals gently through challenge and change. The word practice was chosen to honour the ongoing, evolving nature of personal growth.

Psychology at Eir
The Eir Practice is focused on providing psychological therapy and counselling to support the mental health and wellbeing of adults. The practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches and genuine human connection. We work in collaboration with other health care providers to prioritise the outcomes and goals of individuals who choose to work with us.
We have experience with a diverse range of people and presenting problems, from individuals navigating life’s complexities to high-performing athletes and professionals seeking clarity and balance. The Eir Practice is a place where healing is held with care, and growth is always guided gently.

How We
Work
We are a small practice offering short and longer-term individual therapy to treat a range of difficulties that people can encounter. Our preference is to work collaboratively with other health professionals (e.g., GPs, Psychiatrists, Dietitians etc) to support the best outcomes for the people who choose to come and see us.
We also provide group therapy for several conditions including social anxiety and eating disorders, through the Swinburne Psychology Clinic.
