Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

Self esteem is about how you see and value yourself. Everyone feels less confident at times, but low self esteem can make it hard to feel good about who you are.

It can lead to self-criticism, avoiding challenges, and feeling never good enough, affecting mood, relationships, and daily life.

Improving self esteem means developing a kinder, more balanced view of yourself to support growth and wellbeing.

Signs & Symptoms Of Low

  • Struggling to accept compliments or positive feedback

  • Avoiding opportunities or challenges out of fear of failure

  • Putting others’ needs first at your own expense
