Panic & Phobias

Fear is a normal response to danger. But sometimes fear becomes intense, unpredictable, or focused on things that are not truly dangerous.

Panic attacks involve sudden and intense fear with strong physical symptoms. Phobias are persistent and excessive fears of specific things or situations.

Both can be distressing and have a serious impact on a person's life, but effective treatments are available.
